This repository contains the OpenChiplet specification, created for the Open Domain Specific Architecture (ODSA) sub-project within the Open Compute Project.
- Include all the components necessary to build an interoperable chiplet
- Put the must-have requirements as normative while providing most flexibility as informative
- Utilize standard interfaces - whether open-source or industry standards
- Provide enough programmability for customization from end-user or silicon provider
