Doc purpose: ala_new_epgp.txt: AFTER RAID final roster
pre-raid.txt: PRE RAID roster. in order to compare epgp change within raid
pre-mc.txt: if 2 raid within a day, use this file to check differences for each raid.
pre-decay.txt: pre-decay means final roster for previous week. decay means the starting point for next week.
post-decay.txt: used for checking decay (fix bug purpose)
