About

This package just copies the original Go's package container/heap, but provides a generics-based API instead of an interface-argument based, which results in better performance.

Benchmarks

container/heap

On my laptop it takes 15%-65% less CPU than the standard heap implementation (see heap/BENCHMARKS.md).
