A collection of scripts to mine and analyze publicly-accessible data from the WHO Mortality Database

usage

1. Download fresh data from https://www.who.int/data/data-collection-tools/who-mortality-database#:~:text=The%20WHO%20Mortality%20Database%20is,death%20as%20reported%20by%20countries
2. Clone the repository
3. Unpack data and run .import.py
4. Run deaths.py and/or cancer_eu.sh for some cancer-related stats

future

this should grow to be more versatile in the future, currently the main focus is cancer (and suicide) related mortality.
