• Do a bundle install to make sure all the required gems are installed
• Do a rake db:migrate (sometimes db:create is needed if a missing table error is thrown)

== app:

• Currently using mongrel as web server (Jan 23 2011)
• Default javascript library prototype is disabled due to conflicts with jquery when rendering js views (Jan 23 2011)

== data:

• Do a rake db:fixtures:load to seed the data.
