This is a support package for the ggseg, and ggseg3d packages. It contains the Brainnetome atlases to plot using functions from those two packages.

ggsegBrainnetome

This package contains dataset for plotting the Brainnetome atlas ggseg and ggseg3d.

Installation

We recommend installing the ggseg-atlases through the ggseg r-universe:
