The NovoPrime plugin allows the automation of custom primer design for genetic recombination-based engineering. STATUS: The plugin is functional from start to finish. Further improvements may be introduced following user testing. BUGS: At the end, two "file save" dialogs pop up prompting the user to select an output file instead of just the one. This is caused by a known bug in the Geneious API FileUtilities. NOTE: This plugin requires 1.6 JRE or above.
