Password authenticated garage system. Setup a password to initialize your security system.
Type in password correctly when sensors are active to open the garage door for 15 seconds.
An incorrect password will sound an alarm.
Garage was built using LEGO motors and sensors
This project was coded using NIOS-II Assembly
A DE1-SOC board from Altera was used as well
- contains FPGA and peripherals
- connects to external devices such as PS2 keyboard, Speakers and LEGO board
The LEGO board used to interface with the FPGA was provided for use by the University of Toronto
This project was completed for the ECE243 Computer Organization course offered at UofT. Please do not submit any of this code as your own.
