This is a multi-author food blog. We also have a write-for-us page where people can apply to become an author for us.
This project foodsteps is a project initiative introduced by Just-projects. it is a blog that has multi-author where people can signup to become an author.

Visit the Repository to the Project on Github Website: "https://github.com/just-projects-team-7/foodsteps.git"

Fork the repository: Click the "Fork" button on the upper right corner of the Repo page.

Make a Local Clone: Clone the forked repository to your local machine (computer)
- Click on the "Code" button on the Repo page
- Copy the URL for the forked Repo "https://github.com/just-projects-team-7/foodsteps.git"
- Create a Folder on your Local machine / Computer for the project Workspace
- Open Command prompt / Terminal in the same folder location
- In your Terminal, type:
git clone url of the your forked repo
- once you have cloned to the folder, start coding.
- Add your changes using:
git add .
git remote add upstream https://github.com/just-projects-team-7/foodsteps.git
- Create a new branch by following the following steps:
git branch name of branch
git branch --v
git checkout branch name of branch
- Commit to your branch using git commit.
- Pull from the main branch to have recent updates
- push to your branch using:
git push origin name of branch
- Create a pull request and request your code to be reviewed
- Do not merge your code unless necessary
