command_to_html

将 jjsnake 的中文出招表，转换为 html 格式。

1.将 command.dat 中的转义字符，替换为常规字符，保存到 command.txt 。

2.将 command.txt 转为 sphinx-doc 格式的 源代码。

3.用 sphinx-doc 生成 html 文件。
