NanoReceptor: Program to infer IG and TRA quantities from Long Read RNA-Seq Data

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -i INFILE, --infile INFILE
                        input file in fastq format
  -o OUTDIR, --outdir OUTDIR
                        directory to write the output
  -t THREADS, --threads THREADS
                        number of threads
  -p PREFIX, --prefix PREFIX
                        prefix to be appended to output files
  -V, --version         show program's version number and exit
