The system is designed in favor of the hostel management which helps them to save the records of the students about their rooms and other things. It helps them from manual work from which it is very difficult to find the records of the students and the mess bills of the students, and the information about those ones who had left the hostel. All the hostels at presently are managed manually by the hostel office. The Registration form verification to the different data processing is done manually. Thus there are a lot of repetitions which can be easily avoided. And hence there is a lot of strength on the person who are running the hostel and computerized system are not usually use in this context. This particular project deals with problems on managing a hostel and avoid the problems which occurs when carried manually identification of the drawback of the existing system leads to the designing of computerized system that will be compatible to the existing system with the system which is more users-friendly and more GUI oriented.

Peoples High School, Colleges wanted to eliminate the use of paper certificates. gauravTech developed a simple Leaving Certificate Website that could be used by the institution to generate a leaving certificate whenever needed. Achievements/Solution :- The Website had a very easy interface, which only required the student data to be entered to generate the leaving certificate. Results :- This Website was Hosted at Peoples Higher Secondary School. It can also be used by other institutions as well. Technologies Used :- PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax ,PDF Generation and CSS.

Daily Attendance system deals is advance Java project for tracking student’s attendance. Talking about the project, it contains an admin side and a user side where a user can enter for attendance.
