sub_long_pall

1. Gets all substrings of a string
2. Keeps only those sub strings that are pallindrome in a hashmap
3. Reports back longest substring

count_compress

1. Compresses an array by counting all subsequent letters
2. Removes counted elements from array
3. Mutates existing array to conserve space

match_count

1. Matches substrings in a substring
2. States if test cases pass or not on the basis of count of matched sub strings

concat_delim

Concatinates list of strings into a single string on the bases of provided delimeter
