I have created a fork of this as I the original worked fine when the PDF was viewed in any non windows environment, but in windows, acrobat reader displayed that the document contained an error and to contact the vendor. It did not tell me what the error was, but after many hours of trial and error, it is the rendering of partials that causes it. But, before I found this out, I upgraded prawn to 0.10.2 which has some syntax differences in the templates.
