w11 moved from OpenCores to GitHub to wfjm/w11

I've finally moved the w11 project from OpenCores to GitHub.
The latest revision is under wfjm/w11.
Only wfjm/w11 will be maintained in the future.
freecores/w11 holds an outdated version and is not maintained.
