This is a simple web application as the frontend for LINCS web service. It is one of the plugins in geworkbench web application, but it is stand-alone as well.
It depends on the backend LINCS web service, which was deployed at https://lincsdataservice.c2b2.columbia.edu/ but is no longer supported for now.
