usage: memeinsider-dl [-h] [-i URL | -u | -l]

Usage: memeinsider-dl [URL]

optional arguments:
-h, --help           show this help message and exit
-i URL, --issue URL  url of issue to download
-u, --upload         upload to cloud storage
-l, --latest         get the latest issue
