Usage with String FILE_DATA

Usage with base64 FILE_BASE64

      env:
        FILE_NAME: "dir/fileName.txt"
        FILE_BASE64: "ZWFzdGVyZWdnLWxvbAo="

Create your file with cat filename | base64
