This repository contains a C++ implementation of the paper titled "On Conflict Free DNA codes" written by Krishna Gopal Benerjee, Sourav Deb, and Manish K. Gupta.

To compile the code, run the below command on the terminal:
g++ -std=c++17 ConflictFree.cpp -o ConflictFree
Running this command will generate an output file name ConflictFree.
To run the output file, run the below command on the terminal:
./ConflictFree
