capture screen(full /area) and mic, encode as h264 and aac, record as flv file or push stream to rtmp address

HOW TO USE THIS

1. push the button "choosen Screen Area", then choosen Screen area with you mouse.
2. Fill the "File Name" with a file path like "d:/test.flv" or a rtmp address like "rtmp://server/live/streamName"
3. push the button "Start" to start capturing
4. push the button "Stop" to stop capturing
