obfuscate bash files with reverse hexadecimal

tool thingy for obfuscating bash files

probably not as good as shc (this is reversible) but still pretty cool.

encodes hexadecimal data, reverses it, and decodes it back into a weird file, and makes a script to deobfuscate and run it almost instantly.
