Issues:

Fix no user tbl issue by using within server.py underneath config-> app.app_context().push() 

then in terminal:
python
from server import db
>>> db.create_all()
>>> exit()

fixed -> did you forget to call 'init_app', or did you create multiple 'sqlalchemy' instances? using db.init(app)

but could not fix RuntimeError: A 'SQLAlchemy' instance has already been registered on this Flask app. Import and use that instance instead. issue
