Implementing an SMTP client-server protocol in Java

To run this, do the following steps:

1. Download this repository
2. Open two command prompts / terminals
3. Open the directory of this repository on both terminals.
4. In the first command prompt, copy and paste the statement java -cp SMTP.jar SMTP.Server and run it
5. In the second command prompt, copy and paste the statement java -cp SMTP.jar SMTP.Client and run it

More Information

To change the data, details or host/server names, edit and change the code. This will be updated to be able to input the details on command.

The packets for this transaction can be viewed in Wireshark.
