PwC-Power-BI-Virtual-Case-Experience This is a Pwc's Virtual Internship that provides hands-on tasks solved by Power BI tool. Participating in the program is a opportunity for me to master Power BI in Data Analysis.
Task 1: Introduction
Task 2: Call Centre Trends (Visualising customer and agent behaviour) Create a dashboard in Power BI that reflects all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics in the dataset.
Task 3: Customer Retention (Customer demographics and insights) Define proper KPIs
Create a dashboard for the retention manager reflecting the KPIs
Write a short email to the engagement partner explaining your findings, and include suggestions as to what needs to be changed
Task 4: Diversity & Inclusion (Gender balance in the executive suite) Define relevant KPIs in hiring, promotion, performance and turnover, and create a visualisation
