DEBUG_MODE- run upp in debug or prod mode. SetTrueto run in debug mode. -
POSTGRES_USER- the name of Postgres user. -
POSTGRES_PASSWORD- the password of Postgres user. -
POSTGRES_DB- the name of Postgres database. -
