Minimalistic netstalker

options:
  -h, --help  show this help message and exit
  -t T        timeout (s)
  -w W        workers count
  -p P        port
  -cb CB      callback handler
  -i I        interface to use
  -cbc CBC    max parallel callbacs
  -si SI      stats interval
