Bottom-UP Machine Learning Framework I created for myself to explore how NeuralNets work (very slow). It comes with a nice GUI. There is support for learning: XOR,4BitXOR,HammingCode,MNIST In order to learn from MNIST-Data, you will need the training files in the root directory (to big for Github)
