IP-helper

This is a simple tool for ip-helper，use server host pingcommand ，to test target host situation. Now provides the php version.

Usage

• Download files and upload to your server
• Open a browser to access tools.php. course, you can rename file.
• If the you can see this, the installation was successful.。
• Add server in app

Requirements

Php>5.2x and exec() is available check php.ini ，make sure “exec” function not in disable_functions. If look the “unable to fork...” in Windows, add the IUSR_ComputerName ‘s User rights to cmd.exe.
