Instructions to Install (Windows)
Download 7.3.11 XAMPP from https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
Proceed with default options, install executable.
Clear the bloatware out of C://xampp//htdocs// and extract the project files into the same directory.
Once xampp is installed and the project files are in the C:/xampp/htdocs/ directory, proceed to setup
the database for the project in phpmyadmin.
Create a new database, and use the statements in create_table.sql to generate the tables.
