Uses pylab to plot graphs and histograms,
histogramfun.py will:
Plot a histogram of the proportion of vowels in each word in wordList
using the specified number of bins in numBins

HistogramLECplot.py
will use a function to simulate a coin flip
and plot a histogram of a binominal.
As flips gets large, graph approaches a normal distribution.
