Tic Tac Toe

A browser-based Tic Tac Toe game coded in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

As a user, I want a browser-based interface so that I can play the game.
As a user, I want to place my token so that I can interact with the game.
As a user, I want the game to reach a win state so that I know who won and can play again.
As a user, I want to keep track of placement (Not overriding another players turn).
As a user, I want to track turns, so I don't have to keep track on my own (The placement doesn't disappear)
As a user, I want the computer to recognize 3 icons that are the same, in a row, to be understood as a win state. (So the user doesn't have to know when they won or lost, the program tells them)
As a user, I want a hashmark display to track where the moves go
As a user, I want 3 win conditions, Win Lose Tie, So I know what happened as the result
