How to add test cases.

1. Add an effect file with resources to this repository.
2. Rebuild CI, it will be failed. Then you can download screen shots from Slack or Azure pipelines.
3. Copy screen shots to under Tests/WebGL directory and push (or PR).
4. Rebuild CI, it will be succeeded in.
