This repository contains the following folders:

• HandsOn: R Code and the PDF handout of the pertussis model discussed during the hands-on portion of the Learning Institute
  
• Python Models: Code in Python for differential-equation versions of all of the models presented during the SIR lecture.
  
• R Models: Code in R for the differential-equation versions of all of the models presented during the SIR lecture. Also includes two scripts exploring the use of stochastic SIR models using the Gillespie algorithm.
  
• Slides: PDFs of the slides (without video) used in the Learning Institute
