This is my first attempt at learning D3.js
For d3, I'm using tutorial from https://www.tutorialsteacher.com/d3js/web-standards

In vega-assignment2.html, some questions I could try to answer include the following:
- see how the number of cylinders affect the price of the car
- how are the height, width, and length vary among the diferent brands of cars
