Basic fundamentals of Terraria remade in Golang
To run the executable provided, you have to use Terminal (./go-rraria) :D
I've implemented:
- Basic player movement
- Basic perlin noise seeded world generation
- Procedural tree generation
- Sprites for ores & crafting table / furnace (although not used yet ;))
- Fully animated player
- Basic inventory
- Building / mining
- Tools
- & more! :D
If I ever revisit this, I'll add:
- More sound effects
- Advanced inventory system
- Mob / Entity system
- Implement the sword
- Crafting system
- Ore generation
- Crafting tables / furnaces
- Main / Pause Menu
