Building
- Execute buildcab.ps1
Running CMCK tests
- Smart Card Minidriver Certification Test
- Install esteid driver install.bat
- Attach 2 test cards, with same PIN
- Set PIN values to cmck_config.xml XML tag
- Execute runtest.ps1
