This project has been partially funded by a grant from the Walloon Region of Belgium, GREENTIC program, entitled SonixTrip (number 1317970), and by grants from the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA).

Description

This media content has been assembled together in a prototype of an interactive comic book with soundtrack. It includes:

• pictures from the NYC2123 comic book created by Chad Allen and Paco Allen; modified by Charles-Alexandre Delestage and Alexis Rochette
• sounds designed by Pierre-Axel Izerable
• in sounds, music from Nine Inch Nails: file 00_Musique fade out sur im 8.aif (intro) based on track "7 Ghosts I" from album "Ghosts I-IV", and file 09 The Four of Us are Dying.aif (outro) based on track "The Four of Us are Dying" from album "The Slip"
• in css and scripts`, HTML5/JavaScript/CSS files created by Marc Thunissen (Océ Software Laboratories) and adapted by Alexis Rochette, except JQuery

Usage

Clone the repository and run index.html in your favorite web browser and use left/right arrows to navigate between comic book frames.

This version is optimized for offline usage: pictures with a resolution of 1600x900 px and sounds in wav format.
