pip install easygui mrcfile
How to run
python mrc_napari_viewer.py- Double click it!
python mrc_napari_viewer.py --i /path/to/file.mrc
Possible usage:
- Fast preview MRCS stacks
- Pick in 3D volumes (might be helpful for cryo-ET)
- Preview of MRC volume files and 2D classes
- More ideas soon!
