This program enables or disables "It's not safe to shutdown your computer" screen. It uses some Microsoft hotfix introduced for Server 2003. It adds a registry value (HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT) and calls ExitWindowsEx(EWX_SHUTDOWN, ...).
