(more like a text adventure spike, but whatevs)

Requirements

Python 3.10+
LM Studio

Installation

LM Studio setup and config

Install LM Studio.
Start it up and install a model. I've been using lmstudio-community/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct-GGUF.
Bootstrap lms:

~/.cache/lm-studio/bin/lms bootstrap

Load the model:

lms load

Select the model you want from the options. 5. Start the server:

lms server start

To start it

python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python .

Text-to-speech mode

This functionality uses OpenAI's Whisper.To get it to read the descriptions to you, you need to have your OPENAI_API_KEY set to a valid API key. Get one here. Note that this is not especially free and you'll need to add some credit there.
