Install dependencies with e.g. pip install -r requirements.txt
Run using e.g. python main.py
Approach A: Greedy Genetic Algorithm -- main.py on the main branch
Approach B: One-by-One -- main.py on the tight-one-by-one branch
Approach C: Alternating -- main.py on the alternating branch
Approach D: Shrinkage -- shrinkage_primer.py on the main branch
