Question 1 Find the red eye in the provided pictures and output a binary image to show the red eye. Question 2 Based on the first question, apply differnt bilateral filters to the original image before red eye detection and compare if the output is differnt. Question 3 Use the fomular Y = 0.114*R + 0.299*G + 0.587*B to obatin grayscale image and compare the output with the built-in method, cv2.COLOR_BGR2GRAY.
