Scripts for reproducing the figures in Tamayo et al., 2021
The .ipynb files are named after the figure numbering in the paper. The scripts include code to run the N-body simulations used to generate the .npy files in the repo. Unless you want to regenerate them, you can skip those cells in the notebooks (with %%time at the top), and run the cell that generates the plot.
Requires the following libaries, which can all be installed with pip: REBOUND, numpy, matplotlib, pandas
