Automatically include javascript based on controller, action and rendered partials

Call include_javascript_behaviours from your layout.

It will output JS include tags for files in public/javascripts that match:
  * #{controller_name}
  * #{controller_name}_#{action_name}
  * _#{controller_name}_#{partial_name} (e.g. if you render partials 'form' and 'panel' you get _messages_form.js and _messages_panel.js)
