Minor tweaks of the code in yasnippet-numpy-style.

Installation

• One way of getting the snippets automatically when installing elpy is to put the following in yout init.el (there might be a better way: probably something using :ensure-system-package):

• Alternatively, one could manually copy the def_ and param_ files in the snippets/python-mode subdirectory of the package installation directory of elpy.
