optimal-observatory-control

Tolerancing observatories is traditionally done with forward modeling of a static system.
This is upended by the addition of active feedback systems limited by sensing noise. This project seeks to build a set of tools for parametrically establishing observatory tolerances in the spatio-temporal domain.
