php-ripper
PHP project to rip and spin content from other blogs and post to WordPress.
Purpose
This script is designed to plagiarize content from other blogs.
Usage
Cloning this project into your WordPress directory and then visiting rip.php will provide a textbox. Entering a ViralNova or BuzzFeed URL should be working. Images are sideloaded using WordPress API (to prevent hotlinking) and text is spun through a thesaurus (to prevent being seen as duplicate content by search engines). A ripped version of the article is saved as a draft upon completion.
Thesaurus
A sample thesaurus.txt has been provided but it is ineffective. To achieve fully readable content, one would need a very large thesaurus.txt which uses phrases and sentences rather than just words.
To Do
Sites need to be manually setup in order for the ripper to function. This script may be heavily outdated. Creating new class files for each website rather than cramming them into the class file would be ideal.
