React portfolio

To rebuild the current jekyll-based github pages portfolio site to a React implementation.

Todo

1. Create json endpoints with site data in existing jekyll pages done!
2. Build site with create-react-app and react-router (don't need redux for this..i think) somewhat done
3. Upload site to netlify or heroku for testing done!
4. Find a way to upload it to github pages
5. Eventually replace existing portfolio site with this implementation

deploys project to heroku

opens current heroku app url
