Avoid screensaver from starting when Windows is idle

A simple application for stopping the Windows screensaver from starting when the computer is idle.

1. Open the solution with Visual Studio and build it (or the same from CLI)
2. Copy NoScreenSaver.exe from the bin folder to some folder of yours
3. Configure Windows to launch NoScreenSaver.exe at log in
4. Optionally configure the exe shortcut to start minimized
