Mimic Generator
Generate Artificial Mimics From Dolphin Data.
Place all the whistles in the whistles folder, then run the mkmimics.py script.
The results can be found in the output folder.
If you want to cut whistles played through the water you need:

-
- The recording
Then these need to be extactly start at the same time (align using audiacity).
The cutting notebook called CutWhistlesPrototype.ipynb can be used using jupyter-lab.
Simply run jupyter-lab in the main folder.
